Lotush Spa after sales Service 

1.Electrical appliances will be replaced with new ones within 3 years if any quality issues arise. 

2.Acrylic tank shells will be replaced with new ones within 5 years if any quality issues arise; for quality issues arising 5-10 years after purchase, a payment of 30% will be made and the old shell can be exchanged for a new one. 

3.We will bear the after-sales service fees if the number of products with quality issues exceeds 0.7% of thetotal units sold. （(Over 100 units）

About Packaging for Spa Hot Tub

Each massage bathtub is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. For single-unit shipments, we provide a free wooden frame as standard packaging. If you prefer a fully enclosed wooden crate for extra protection, a packaging fee of $150 applies. If no packaging preference is specified, we will use the default wooden frame.

For full container loads, no wooden frame or crate is required. All packaging materials feature the non-fumigation (IPPC) mark, meeting international shipping and customs standards.
